"Don't forget what is most important to you. We get caught up in the day to day lessons, sports practices and activities and we forget to set aside time for ourselves. Make a list of simple things YOU love, whether that be painting your nails, lighting a candle, reading a magazine, etc. Do one of those things per day. Take time for yourself." --Dr. Julia Kinder.
